Tekstiliana offers extra open days and maintains special discounts

On March 2, the open day organized by “City24.lv” took place in the new project. For the first time, the Tekstiliana project also opened its doors for viewing by potential buyers, offering to evaluate high-class apartments for lovers of a modern urban environment.

Throughout the development and realization of the project, we knew that we were creating something special. Starting with the idea of ​​what the Torņakalns is perfect location for new project like Tekstiliana because we are sure that this is the direction in which the development of the center of Riga is directed. As the next important step was the choice of architects, that is why we are pleased with the successful cooperation with the architect office Sarma & Norde. They have careful studied of the surroundings of Torņakalns and with professional, modern and functional approach have made it possible to create a different and memorable building from the standard construction, which fits perfectly into the industrial environment of Torņakalns area and a mix of historic private buildings. The result of the architects’ work perfectly corresponds to one of the basic principles of Esther Development’s operation – respecting the historical and the existing, we develop the new Riga.

Throughout the creation of Tekstiliana, one of the basic tasks was to find an opportunity to offer buyers high-class apartments, which are not only appreciated, but whose purchase is financially possible. Therefore, we are particularly satisfied with the professional construction and technical solutions, the materials used in the construction of the building and apartments, as well as the high level of finishing materials and finishing quality.

Therefore, we are really pleased with the large number of interested people who attended the first Tekstiliana open day event. In total, more than 40 individual customers and families took advantage of this unique opportunity to be among the first visitors to Tekstiliana. We received a lot of positive feedback, and we are happy to have knowledgeable and appreciative customers who are looking for their high-class home. 6 apartment reservations serve as proof of the qualitatively developed project of Estera Development. The active reservation of apartments was facilitated by the opportunity to receive a valuable discount for the purchase of apartments, however, according to the buyers, the biggest incentive to decide on the purchase of a home in Tekstilian is precisely the quality and care with which the project is implemented. Special mention should be made of buyers’ interest in Tekstiliana’s 5th floor penthouse apartments with spacious roof gardens. At the moment, only two such apartments are available in the offer, the others have already found their knowledgeable owners, who value quality and functionality at the same time. We also experienced active interest of young families in three- and four-room apartments. Considering the large proportion of apartments of this type, apartments of various layouts are still available for purchase on the four floors of the building, and on the first floor they are offered with a 13 m2 wide terrace in the courtyard, on the south side of the building. Only two two-room apartments are available for purchase in the project, but their lack can be compensated by spacious one-room apartments with the possibility to separate the sleeping area from the living area.

Considering the high interest of potential buyers, we have received an invitation to repeat and continue to welcome potential buyers in Tekstiliana. Therefore, we are happy to announce that we are organizing individual open house days on Thursdays in March. In the period from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., we will offer registered customers the opportunity to view and evaluate Tekstiliana, as well as answer all customers’ questions about the progress of projects and apartment purchase transactions.
