The open architectural design competition “Development of the Urban Quarter ‘Tērbatas Dārzs’” has officially concluded!

The open architectural design competition, which evaluated architectural solutions for five residential buildings in the “Tērbatas dārzs” quarter, has concluded. The competition, launched in June of this year, was held in two rounds. In the second round, two architectural offices from Latvia emerged as winners: SIA “Mark Arhitekti” and SIA “PBR”.

Estera Saue New Development Seeks a Name

We are opening a competition to find a suitable name for the Estera Saue new development coming to Vanamõisa village. We welcome all interested parties to participate!

The planned residential areas will increase the population around Saue and Laagri by 8000 inhabitants

In the coming years, three large residential districts are planned to be developed on the western border of the city, near Tallinn, which will increase the population of Saue-Laagri by nearly 8000 people. The apartment blocks are planned to be up to one kilometer away from the railway, and it is expected that the new residents will primarily use trains for transportation.
