“Tekstiliana” will be ready at the end of the year and offers customers a special promotion
The fall of 2023 in the “Tekstiliana” project marks both the gradual completion of construction works and pleasant introductory offers for customers. The first house of the project is almost finished and already at the end of October, interested parties will have the opportunity to see a gorgeous demo apartment. Also, in the period from September 11 to October 11, a special promotion will be valid – when purchasing any “Tekstiliana” apartment, the total price of the property will include custom-designed kitchen furniture.
When furnishing a home, the kitchen furniture is typically the most expensive item, therefore, the benefit gained within the promotion campaign will greatly ease the stressful process of moving into a new home. In addition, the developers of the project “Estera Development” are pleased that they managed to offer premium finishing of apartments to customers in a standard offer: i.e., the high-quality finish level that most new projects are available at an increased cost is available at the basic price in the Tekstiliana project.
Premium finishing solutions include items such as Refin and Quintessenza Italian luxury porcelain tiles in the bathrooms, high-class bathroom ceramics from Villeroy & Boch with new rimless design for easier cleaning and water saving; Hansgrohe mixers (special mention should be made of the black matte water mixers of Hansgrohe with Cool Start technology, which allows you to reduce hot water consumption); premium grade Boen natural oak high-class parquet in living spaces, as well as individually controlled smart air ventilation equipment with recuperation system for higher energy efficiency and smart radiator heating control with the Danfoss system. Installed smart home solutions for ventilation and heating allow for remote automated control and offer additional savings on electricity costs.
It is predicted that at the beginning of next year, the residents of “Tekstiliana” will be able to move into their new homes in Torņakalns – one of the oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods of Riga, where you can easily move around on foot, by bicycle, by car and by public transport. An example is the bicycle path opened this year, which winds directly along the “Tekstiliana” project and connects to the center of Riga city. As the infrastructure continues to develop, almost all destinations in the center of Riga, Pārdaugava and Pierīga can be reached quickly and easily from Torņakalns.
Phase 1 of the “Estera Development” project “Tekstiliana” offers a 5-story building with a total of 64 apartments, featuring 1-5 rooms. First floor apartments will have terraces, 2nd – 4th floor apartments will have balconies and up to 60 m2 spacious roof gardens for 5th floor apartments. Active work is underway to create a safe and private yard with a green area together with the experts of the award-winning landscaping company Labie Koki. Children are offered a safe, ergonomic, and developmental playground.
The project offers a wide variety of apartment layouts. “Tekstiliana” dwellings are characterized by A+ class energy efficiency (according to a temporary energy efficiency assessment), panoramic windows and well-thought-out layouts, which ensure the possibility of functionally and ergonomically situating furniture and interior elements. Also, special attention has been paid to the stairwells – they feature a designer style and lockable function. For the convenience of residents, an intercom is installed for each apartment and elevators are available, as well as the possibility to purchase parking spaces and storage rooms in the basement of the house. In the underground floor, it is possible to install a private electric vehicle charging point, as well as surface and underground bicycle storage facilities will be provided for the use of residents.
